Shawnee Smith was born in 1970. She is 5 feet tall' 3. She is an American performer, actress and TV personality. Smith is best known for playing Amanda Young in Saw and Linda in CBS"sitting show" Becker. Smith was once the frontwoman of Fydolla, a metal band who toured across the US and in Britain. Smith is now half of Smith & Pyle a country rock band together with Missi Pyle. Shawnee Smith, the second daughter of Patricia Smith who is an oncology nurse as well as Jim Smith former US Air Force pilot and financial planner was born at Orangeburg South Carolina. When she was a young girl she moved with her family to South Carolina (now Van Nuys) to California. At the age of two, her parents divorced and at eight her mother got married her second time. She was a student at Ranchito Avenue Elemntary School in Panorama City Los Angeles. Madison Jr. High was located in North Hollywood. North Hollywood High School was located by students from North Hollywood, California. The students that graduated in 1987. In recognition of her role on the show as Rebecca Bunch Rachel won the 2016 Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Television Series Musical or Comedy the 2016 Critics Choice Award for Best actor in a TV Comedy as well as the 2016 TCA Award for Individual Achievement in Comedy. In the year 2019, she received the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics alongside the songwriting team of Jack Dolgen and the late Adam Schlesinger for Antidepressants Are So Not a Big Deal. Rachel is currently on an extensive tour with her live show Death Let Me Do My Special to be performed in the spring/summer of 2023. Rachel was on stage with Crazy Ex-Girlfriend Live at Radio City Music Hall in 2019 as part of a massive tour. She also appeared in her tour as a solo artist, What's Happening to Me in My Life? This tour featured a one-week stay at Just For Laughs.
